Red Velvet Truffles

Prepare red velvet cake mix according to the package directions.

Pour the batter into a 9x13-inch baking dish, and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Break the cake into crumbs, then add the cream cheese.

Roll the cake mixture into small balls, and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate to chill.

Melt the vanilla melting wafers, then roll each cake ball into the vanilla. 

Place the dipped cake balls onto a baking sheet and top with sprinkles. Refrigerate to set.

Enjoy! Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days!
