Broccoli Cheese Pasta Bake
Cook the pasta for 5 to 6 minutes. Add the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the garlic, salt, basil, and oregano. Whisk in half the Parmesan and half the Gruyere.
Place the pasta, broccoli, and sauce in a prepared baking dish. Stir to combine.
Top with the remaining cheese. Bake on 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is brown and the sauce is bubbly.
Serve hot. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
