Combine chili, tomatoes, bell pepper, onions & jalapeños. Pour into a baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese over the chili mixture.
Whisk together the cornbread mix, cream corn, eggs & buttermilk.
Spoon the batter over the cheese & smooth to the edges of the pan.
Bake until the top is golden brown & the edges are bubbling.
