Chocolate Peanut Butter Bundt Cake
Place cake mix, eggs, pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, water, coffee, and vanilla in a bowl.
Use a hand mixer to mix on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes until well combined.
Transfer the batter to a 10-12 cup prepared Bundt cake pan.
Bake on 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until a wooden skewer comes out clean.
Make the ganache by placing the chocolate chips and hot heavy cream in a bowl.
Stir together until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
Make the peanut butter sauce by placing the peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, water, and vanilla in a bowl.
Microwave until warm. Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
Drizzle the ganache and peanut butter sauce over the cake. Top with peanut butter cups.
