Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
Roll out 2 sheets of puff pastry to 1/8 - 1/4 inch thick.
Brush half the melted butter onto each piece of puff pastry. Divide the cinnamon sugar evenly over the melted butter.
Cut each piece of puff pastry into 10 equal strips.
Fold each strip in half, so the cinnamon sugar is on the inside. Twist each piece several times, and pinch the ends closed.
Place each strip on a parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then bake on 400°F for 18 to 22 minutes.
Serve warm with a sweet vanilla dipping sauce.
