Cranberry Orange Bread

Grab the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, orange zest, buttermilk, oil, orange juice, vanilla, and cranberries.

Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the sugar and orange zest. Set aside.

Use an electric mixer to combine the buttermilk, oil, orange juice, eggs, and vanilla.

Add the flour mixture and the orange zest/sugar mixture to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.

Use a wooden spoon or spatula to fold in the cranberries.

Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 70-75 minutes.

Cool completely before slicing and adding the glaze. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3 days.
