Cream of Celery Substitute

In a small bowl, combine the milk and flour. Set aside.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the celery and seasonings. Cook until softened.

Pour in the broth. Whisk to combine. Heat until the mixture simmers. 

Whisk in the flour mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Use in your favorite recipe in place of canned cream of celery soup.
