Crescent Roll Sausage Casserole
Unroll the crescent rolls, and place them in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Press the seams together to form one solid piece.
Cook the sausage, onion, and bell pepper until no pink remains. Drain any excess grease.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Place the sausage mixture over the crescent dough and sprinkle with cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, on 375°F for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve hot, and store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
