Easter Rice Krispie Treats
Grease an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish with butter, then set aside.
Add butter, marshmallow Peeps, and mini marshmallows in a large saucepan over low heat.
Stir to combine until the marshmallows melt.
Pour the rice cereal into the melted marshmallows.
Stir the cereal into the marshmallows until well combined.
Scoop the warm cereal marshmallow mixture into the buttered pan.
Use buttered hands or a buttered spatula to press into an even layer.
Repeat the process with other colors to make layered Easter Rice Krispie Treats.
Make sure to let each layer cool before adding a new layer.
Let the treats set, then cut into squares. Enjoy!
