Pour the maple syrup onto a small plate. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass into the maple syrup.
On a separate plate combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip the maple rimmed glass into the sugar cinnamon mixture. Set aside.
Pour the eggnog, RumChata, and Frangelico into a drink shaker. Gently swirl until mixed.
Pour into the prepared glass and enjoy immediately.
