Gluten Free Lemon Blueberry Muffins

Our Gluten Free Lemon Blueberry Muffins are an easy breakfast or a quick afternoon snack!

Ingredients

– gluten free flour  – whole milk – granulated sugar – unsalted butter – eggs – lemon juice – baking powder – vanilla extract – kosher salt – baking soda – blueberries – lemon zest

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except the lemon zest & blueberries.

Step 2

Gently fold in the zest & blueberries.

Step 3

Fill the muffin wells about halfway.

Step 4

Bake until the muffins are lightly brown on top.

Step 5

Serve warm.
