Homemade Garlic Bread
Place butter, garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and onion powder in a small bowl.
Use a spoon or spatula to combine the ingredients until smooth.
Cut a French loaf in half lengthwise, and spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both bread halves.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese, dried parsley, and smoked paprika.
Bake on 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted. To brown the cheese, place the bread in the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes.
Slice and serve hot as an appetizer or side dish!
