Instant Pot Baked Potatoes
Pour 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot, then add a trivet.
Wash the potatoes, prick them with holes (if desired), and place them on the trivet. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes followed by a 10 minute natural release.
After the time is up, remove the lid, and use tongs to take out the potatoes.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings like sour cream, butter, and chives.
