Instant Pot Cheesy Potatoes
Saute the butter and onions until the onions are soft, then add the garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook briefly then pour in the broth.
Place the steamer basket with frozen hash browns into the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 1 minute, the open for the valve to release the pressure.
Add the hash browns to the broth mixture, and stir in the sour cream and cheese. Transfer to a baking dish, and top with buttered breadcrumbs. Broil to brown.
