Instant Pot Deviled Eggs
Add 1 cup of water and a trivet to the Instant Pot.
Place 6 eggs on the trivet.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes followed by a 5 minute natural release.
Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
Peel the eggs to remove the shells.
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, and place the yolks in a medium bowl.
Mash the yolks with a fork.
Add the pickles, onions, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Use a spoon to stir the ingredients until well combined.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk filling.
Garnish with paprika if desired.
Serve chilled as an appetizer or snack.
