Instant Pot Macaroni Salad
Add elbow noodles and water to the Instant Pot. Add a trivet and 2 eggs. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes followed by a 5 minute natural release.
Drain the noodles, add the chopped eggs, cheese, peas, onions, celery, and peppers.
Pour in the mayonnaise dressing and stir. Chill until ready to serve.
