Instant Pot Ranch Potatoes

Toss potatoes with ranch seasoning, then transfer to a steamer basket.

Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, then add the steamer basket with potatoes.

Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes followed by a quick release. Add shredded cheddar cheese.

Add the lid and allow the steam to melt the cheese.

Serve hot, and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
