Instant Pot Shells and Beef
Add oil, onions, ground beef, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the hot Instant Pot. Cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Add the noodles, heavy cream, broth, and water.
Next, add the diced tomatoes, but do not stir!
Pour the marinara sauce on top of the tomatoes. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes followed by a quick release.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and stir to combine.
Serve hot with your favorite side dish. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
