Key Lime Fudge
Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low-medium heat. Add key lime juice, and stir until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a prepared 9 x 9-inch pan. Chill for 3 to 4 hours. The fudge will be soft set (not firm).
Cut and serve or enjoy with a spoon. Refrigerate the leftovers for up to 5 days.
