Lemon Crinkle Cookies
Use an electric mixer to cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Continue mixing until combined.
Pour in the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and food coloring. Mix until no dry patches remain.
Chill the dough for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Roll the chilled dough into teaspoon-sized balls and dip each ball into powdered sugar.
Place the uncooked dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake on 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
