Mahi Mahi Tacos

These Mahi Mahi Tacos are perfect for taco night!

Ingredients

– garlic powder – onion powder – seafood seasoning – Mahi Mahi fillets – unsalted butter – olive oil

Step 1

Season the fish with the garlic powder, onion powder & seafood seasoning.

Step 2

Cook the fish in oil & butter until they reach 145ºF.

Step 3

Let the fish rest, then cut into large pieces.

Step 4

Divide the fish evenly between tortillas.

Step 5

Top with fish taco sauce and slaw. Serve immediately.
