Mahi Mahi Tacos

Place garlic powder, onion powder, and Old Bay in a small bowl.

Stir to combine, then set aside.

Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry with a paper towel, then sprinkle both sides with the seasoning mix.

Add butter and oil to a pan, and heat over low to medium heat.

Cook the fish for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF.

Remove the fish from the pan and transfer to a waiting plate. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then break it into large pieces.

Place the fish into warm tortillas with fish taco sauce and slaw. Serve hot.
