In a large pan, simmer the marinara and frozen meatballs for 10 to 15 minutes.

The meatballs should be thawed and hot after simmering in the pan.

Place softened butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a small bowl.

Stir to combine. This is the garlic butter for the inside of the hoagie buns!

Slice 4 hoagie buns halfway through, and spread the garlic butter evenly on the inside of the buns. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the buns begin to toast and the butter melts.

Divide the meatballs and sauce evenly between the buns.

Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake on 300°F for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Serve hot with a side of chips or a salad.
