Peanut Butter Pie
Place the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter in a large bowl.
Use a hand mixer to mix until well combined.
Drizzle in the milk, and continue to mix until well incorporated.
Fold in whipped topping until the ingredients are creamy.
Transfer the filling to a shortbread or graham cracker crust.
Freeze for 3 to 4 hours or until completely set. Top with extra whipped topping and crushed peanuts.
