Peanut Butter Pretzel Cookies
You'll need: butterscotch chips, peanut butter, vanilla, itty bitty pretzels, and flaky sea salt.
Place the butterscotch chips and peanut butter into a bowl.
Microwave until melted. Stir every 15 seconds to prevent burning.
Add the vanilla, then pour in the pretzels.
Stir until evenly coated.
Scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve peanut butter pretzel cookies chilled or cold.
