Pumpkin Cake

Our Pumpkin Cake is so easy to prepare, and doesn’t last long. Your family will ask for this cake year round!

Ingredients

Batter: – flour – sugar – light brown sugar – baking powder – baking soda – pumpkin pie        spice – cinnamon – pumpkin purée – oil – eggs

Ingredients

Frosting: – cream cheese – unsalted butter – powdered sugar – vanilla extract – milk

Step 1

Whisk together the dry batter ingredients.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix together the wet batter ingredients.

Step 3

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.

Step 4

Transfer to a pan & bake until cooked through.

Step 5

Mix together the frosting ingredients & apply to the cooled cake.
