Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, oil, and pumpkin puree.
Pour the dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients, and whisk to combine.
Transfer the batter to the cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Combine the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy, then frost the cooled cake. Slice and serve!
