In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Next, add the milk, pumpkin puree, egg, butter, and vanilla.
Add butter to the hot skillet followed by ¼ cup of batter.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom, then flip to cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Top with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy hot!
