Place the shrimp in a large bowl and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
Cook on a hot grill or griddle for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Toss tomatoes, avocado, and red onion with freshly squeezed lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Place shrimp in toasted tortillas, and top with tomato avocado salsa and chipotle cream sauce. Enjoy hot!
