Sirloin Steak
Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, Italian herbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place the steaks in a shallow, sealable container or dish.
Pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Melt 2 tablespoons in a hot pan. Add the steak(s), and cook on each side for 4 to 7 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
