Skillet Cookie
Use an electric mixer to combine the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix until well combined. Next, mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt, until no flour streaks remain.
Fold in ½ cup of the chocolate chips.
Press the dough into a 8-inch cast iron or oven-safe skillet, and top with remaining chocolate chips.
Bake on 325°F for 18 to 20 minutes or until the top is lightly browned. The center will still be soft and gooey.
Top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. Serve warm.
