Smashed Potatoes
Boil 1.5 pounds of baby gold potatoes in large pot of salted water. Cook until fork tender.
Combine melted butter, rosemary, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
Place the boiled potatoes on a large baking sheet.
Use a potato masher to flatten the potatoes.
Drizzle the potatoes with the garlic butter mixture.
Bake for 425ºF for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly crisp. Enjoy warm!
