Combine all of the cake ingredients. Mix well.
Transfer to a pan & bake 30-40 minutes.
Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice.
Smooth over the cooled cake.
Blend the strawberries until smooth. Strain.
Combine the sugar & butter. Slowly add the puree.
Frost the cake. Garnish with strawberry & lemon slices.
