Substitute for Cream of Chicken Soup

In a small bowl, whisk together milk and flour.

Combine broth, spices, salt, and pepper in a pan, and bring to a simmer. Add the milk mixture and whisk until thickened.

Use immediately in place of the canned version or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
