Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Use a fork to prick holes in the potatoes, and coat lightly with oil. Bake on 425°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
Place the baked potatoes in a large bowl with butter, sour cream, milk, 1 cup of cheese, and half of the cooked bacon.
Use a potato masher to mash and mix the ingredients until everything is well combined.
Transfer the potato mixture to a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Top the potato mixture with the remaining shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Bake on 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
After the casserole bakes, add chopped green onions. Serve hot!
