Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Get the Recipe
Use a fork to prick holes in the potatoes, and coat lightly with oil. Bake on 425°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Place the cooked potatoes in a large bowl.

Add butter, sour cream, milk, 1 cup of cheese, and half of the cooked bacon.

Use a potato masher to mash and mix the ingredients until everything is well combined.

Transfer the potato mixture to a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
