Mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, cinnamon & salt. Pour in the melted butter & stir until combined.
Press into a springform pan. Bake until lightly browned.
Beat together cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice & vanilla.
Turn the mixer to low. Add eggs & heavy cream. Slowly sift in the cornstarch.
Add M&Ms to a food processor & pulse to chop. Fold into the filling.
Add filling to the cooled crust. Bake until the edges are set. Chill 6-8 hours.
Top with M&Ms, powdered sugar & whipped cream.
