  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup Dill Relish
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill (fresh, finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
  • 1 Teaspoon Horseradish (or stone ground mustard)
  • 1 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper


  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing and mixing everything together. Store in your fridge in a sealed container for up to five (5) days. Always serve chilled.
