  • 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice (preferably fresh squeezed)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Red Pepper Flakes


  • Place all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid or a small bowl. Shake the jar or whisk to combine. Serve immediately over salad or use as a marinade over chicken. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
