Italian Hoagie Dip Recipe

Dip Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 8 Slices Provolone Cheese (diced)
  • 1/4 Lb. Genoa Salami (diced)
  • 1/4 Lb. Ham (diced)
  • 1/4 Lb. Prosciutto (diced)
  • 1/4 Lb. Capicola (diced)
  • 1/2 Cup Pepperoncinis (sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onions (diced)


  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasonings
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  • In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning. Set aside. (If not using within 5-10 minutes, place into the refrigerator until ready to use.)
  • In a large bowl, combine the provolone, salami, ham, prosciutto, capicola, pepperoncinis, and red onion. Pour the dressing over the hoagie ingredients, and toss to combine.
  • Add the lettuce just before serving. If needed, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
