  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt (leave out if using salted butter!!)
  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 Tablespoons Herbs (fresh, chopped, rosemary, oregano thyme, etc.)
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper


  • In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Then place the ingredients on a piece of plastic wrap, and roll closed. Twist the ends to secure.
  • Place the butter into the refrigerator for an hour to firm.
  • Serve on toast, steak, corn on the cob, sauteed vegetables, etc.
