Pour the crème de menthe, crème de cocoa, and half and half into a drink shaker with ice. Gently swirl the shaker to mix the ingredients.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. If desired, garnish with whipped cream, mint chips, and chocolate sauce if desired.
