1jalapenoseeded and membranes removed if you want less heat
1serrano pepperseeded if desired (optional)
1limejuiced
½large white onioncut into fourth
½teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonground cumin
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor, and pulse until the desired consistency is reached.
6 roma tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves, 1 cup cilantro, 1 jalapeno, 1 serrano pepper, 1 lime, ½ large white onion, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon ground cumin
Garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with tortilla chips.
