Leftover Ham Pepper and Ranch Flatbread

Our leftover ham, pepper, and ranch flatbread combines the flavors of cured ham, sweet colorful peppers, creamy ranch dressing and rich mozzarella cheese.

  • 5 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • 3 Ounces Ham Shredded
  • 4 Ounces Ranch Dressing
  • 1/8 Cup Red Onion Diced
  • 1/4 Cup Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Red Peppers Red Bell
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Orange Peppers Orange Bell
  • 1/4 Cup Sweet Yellow Peppers Yellow Bell
  • 1 Large Flatbread 7.5 Ounces or 212 grams


  • On a large sheet pan or silicone baking mat, place flatbread.
  • Spread ranch dressing over flatbread.
  • Then add shredded ham.
  • Layer onions and peppers on top of ham.
  • Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over vegetables and meat.
  • Place in preheated oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Remove from oven and slice into 4 equal sized pieces and serve while hot.


Can be stored in sealed container and stored in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Can be reheated in microwave on medium heat for approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
