Our ham flatbread recipe combines the flavors of cured ham, sweet colorful peppers, creamy ranch dressing and rich mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 Large Flatbread
  • 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
  • 6 Ounces Ham (diced or shredded)
  • 1 1/2 Cup Bell Peppers (diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion (diced)
  • 8 Ounces Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven 350 degrees F.
  • On a large sheet pan or silicone baking mat, place flatbread. Spread ranch dressing over flatbread.
  • Then add shredded ham. Layer onions and peppers on top of ham. Generously sprinkle mozzarella cheese over vegetables and meat.
  • Place in preheated oven and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven and slice into 4 equal sized pieces and serve while hot.
