Lemon Ginger Soda made with Dorot Crushed Ginger combines refreshing lemons and spicy ginger to cool your taste buds and quench your thirst.

Ingredients

  • 32 Ounces Tap Water
  • 16 Teaspoons Dorot Crushed Ginger
  • 2 Ounces Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 16 Ounces Club Soda

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan combine water and crushed ginger and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and cook for additional 10 minutes while stirring occasionally
  • Once ginger cubes have dissolved, remove from heat and add lemon juice.
  • If desired, strain the liquid to remove flecks of ginger.
  • Pour ginger soda into a large pitcher. The drink can be sweetened now with sugar or sweetener or can be served as is and sweetened by the drinker.

Notes

Lemon ginger soda can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Makes approximately 64 ounces.
