Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a bowl, and whisk to combine.
1 cup mayonnaise, 2 to 4 tablespoons milk, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice, ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon dried chives, ½ teaspoon dried dill, ½ teaspoon dried parsley, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
