Place all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse to combine.
¾ cup sour cream, ⅓ cup fresh cilantro, ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 lime, ¼ to ½ fresh jalapeño, 1 small garlic clove
Add salt to taste, pulse again, and store in the fridge until ready to use.
