Whisk the water, sugars, molasses, and spices in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.

To Make the Latte
Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it simmers. Remove from heat and froth with an immersion blender or milk frother.
