Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F, and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Line with parchment paper if easier removal is needed.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
3 cups graham cracker crumbs, ⅓ cup granulated sugar
Add the melted butter and mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
Transfer the crumb mixture to the baking dish and press it into an even layer across the bottom. Use the bottom of a measuring cup to pack it down firmly.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until lightly golden brown and set.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly before adding the filling.
