Add the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3 ounces gin, 1 ½ ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice, ½ ounce grenadine, 1 egg white
Add the ice and shake for another 10-15 seconds.

Strain into two chilled glasses. Use a spoon to scoop out the frothed egg white onto the cocktail. Enjoy immediately!
