  • 2 Cups Whole Milk
  • 2 Ounces Bourbon
  • 1 Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder

  • First, combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  • Next, heat the saucepan over medium heat while whisking the cocoa.
  • Then, once the hot cocoa starts to steam and all the ingredients have been combined, remove it from the heat.
  • Last, transfer the spiked hot chocolate to serving glasses and add any desired garnishes. Serve and enjoy responsibly!

The calories listed are an approximation based on the ingredients and an 8-ounce serving of spiked hot chocolate. Furthermore, it does not include the marshmallows or added cinnamon as a garnish. Actual calories will vary. I would not recommend storing any leftovers. For more than two servings, adjust the recipe accordingly.
