Place the peas, bacon, cheese, and onion in a medium bowl.
1 ½ pounds frozen peas, 8 slices bacon, 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, ½ cup purple onion
In a separate small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
