Ingredients

block-style cream cheese
softened

roasted red peppers
1 jar of peppers drained and dried with paper towels

cup
basil
fresh, loosely packed
¼
cup
parmesan cheese
grated

tablespoons
freshly squeezed lemon juice
2
garlic cloves
small in size

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
8 ounces block-style cream cheese,
7 ounces roasted red peppers,
¼ cup basil,
¼ cup parmesan cheese,
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice,
2 garlic cloves,
½ teaspoon salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Serve with chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
